RECOMMENDED SERVING:
Children (1-9 years): Take 1 heaping tablespoon once per day.
Adolescents (9-18 years): Take 2 heaping tablespoons once per day. Mix Protein Multi-Plex™ well in 1 cup (250 mL) with liquid (water, juice, milk, etc.) or smoothies.
